Accident:This is a thing that can happen often if you train a lot but sometimes the real accident is coming only because that something wrong in your head…how can I explain it better? … mmmh….Is clear then if you have a big problem in your life that influence your performance because you have less Psico energy…and your body follow it…Sometimes if you train without head increases the risk of hurt…because everybody know then if you don’t put the head in something you wanna do you will not do anything of creative or productive…but on the contrary counterproductive! Is for this then you have to speak about psychophysical balance not only physical…
Another bad monster is the psychologic state after the injured.I speak about my experience. Now im injured….after months and months of good balance i almost broke my ankle….luckily i have only 1 week of stop(and another 1 of rehabilitation)…but after months of balance this is a disaster for my HEAD because this put me in a state of depression(i have fear to lost everything for which I trained in recent months and still not ‘been completed)…and is for this then i understand then this part is the most important part to fight with your head.Maintain the psychological state during the injury is the best way to recover one hundred per cent and exceed your current limit. Not be impatient, this will lengthen your recovery ….
The battle with yourself is the most import….more important than with other people.

Don’t Wait For Someday
“We all have dreams. Some people dream bigger than others. Some people’s dreams become reality, some people’s dreams become failure, and some people’s dreams just remain dreams”
How many times have you had a dream and said ‘someday that’s going to happen’? Maybe you’ve said “someday I’m going to start my own business,” or “someday I’m going to get in shape.”
Has that day come yet? For some people it has, but for most it’s still a dream. For most people “someday” never comes.
“The road to someday leads to a town called Nowhere.”
I’ve been to that town, and I can tell you, you don’t want to go there!
Why Someday?
Saying “someday” is easy. Anyone can say it. It makes no commitments, and takes no effort at all. Most people are afraid of failure, and by saying “someday” they give themselves hope that “someday” will come.
But they aren’t willing to make the effort, or take the risk, and by saying “someday” they protect themselves from failure.
Someone that says “someday” but never takes action doesn’t want it bad enough to make it a reality.
Successful people are willing to turn “someday” into a reality. They want it so bad that they’re willing to do what it takes, to make a plan, take action, and to either succeed or fail.
Successful people aren’t afraid to fail, because they know that out of failure comes success.
The Difference Between Dreaming and Reality
Dreaming is really a goal or desire with no plan or hope to achieve it. We all dream. We’d love it to happen, but we just hope we get lucky. Maybe one day we’ll take action, but right now there just isn’t enough time.
For some, though, dreams become reality. How does that happen? They want it bad enough to make it happen. It doesn’t just come along. Successful people take their dreams, and through desire, belief, planning and action make it a reality.
There’s always the risk of failure. Successful people only have one guarantee – if you don’t do it, it will never get done. But with risk comes reward.
Most of us like to dream, and some of us dream big. I love it when someone has big dreams. But there’s a difference between dreams and reality.
Dreamers have a dream and hope for it to happen. They say things like “someday” or “one day,” or “I can’t wait until.”
What Can You do to Turn “Someday” into Reality?
Take action to improve your life and turn your “somedays” into reality. There are specific actions you can do that will get you onto the path of success and turn your dreams into reality:
- Clarity – Get absolutely clear on what you want.
- Desire – Create a strong enough desire that you’re willing to do what it takes to make it a reality.
- Belief – Create the belief that you can achieve your goal.
- Plan – Create a solid plan of action.
- Decide and Commit – Make the decision and fully commit to it.
- Take Action – Begin immediately to take action toward your goal, and execute your plan.
Try it with something small you’ve been putting off. Something you want to do and have been saying ‘someday I’m gonna do this.’
Put the above steps in writing, and make sure to follow through. Once you accomplish this, move on to bigger goals and put “someday” behind you forever!
